“This was my first experience of working with RMG and the experience was extremely positive throughout.
The main factor for my positive experience was undoubtedly down to Anita Caldwell. During my working career predominantly around the Sheffield area I have worked with many recruitment agencies, however I have never been made to feel the same way. The service given had a more personal touch, apposed to a conveyor belt approach from others.
I had recently moved employers previous to my latest position. Unfortunately this did not work out as expected as myself and my previous employer were not aligned and correctly matched. “I had to recruit an IS Manager to become a clear leader of any IT project within my organisation. I thought of using a specialist IT recruitment company in order to screen the best IT specialists on the market.
