As a resourcer, you will support the Senior Consultant with certain tasks, these include candidate name gathering, candidate screening (by phone and subsequently, in person) interviewing, candidate and database management.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of roles, from entry-level roles to directors and executives, within some of the UK and Europe’s leading healthcare companies.
You will learn all aspects of the recruitment process through hands-on activity and in-house training from leaders that have ‘been there and done that’.
As you grow and gain experience, take on additional responsibilities, undertake your own business development, build your own client contacts – you will effectively ‘graduate’ to become a 360° headhunter / executive search consultant.
