Tekiu’s vision is a world where companies, organisations and governments are actively engaging with their counterparts internationally to benchmark and learn from each other’s’ successes and failures. To achieve this, we specialise in knowledge brokering trips - Discovery Trips - for various sectors and geographical regions. We have facilitated knowledge transfer between companies like Roche, Ericsson, Siemens; departments of enterprise, education and energy of different governments, and prestigious think tanks and research organisations like the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, ETH, and Imperial College London. We currently have specific technical expertise and networks in healthcare and biotech, the digital economy, engineering disciplines as well as research and innovation management in the UK, Turkey, Sweden and German-speaking countries.
We are expanding and looking for a highly organised Project Manager with a minimum of two years’ experience coordinating projects related to science and innovation. You will initially be coordinating two projects namely, T-DEB and DITOs, both of which require liaising with multiple stakeholders, organising and prioritising workflows, and ensuring work is completed on time, to a high standard, and within budget. You will also be expected to suggest and implement novel solutions to achieving the stated objectives of the projects. Excellent writing skills are a requirement to produce reports for funders on a regular basis. You will also be working with the rest of the team to secure new private and procured contracts.
You are a person that pays attention to detail and loves to be organised. But you also like taking on new tasks and working in a dynamic environment, where you have to juggle multiple projects and clients at the same time. You have a passion for all things international and enjoy creating structures for knowledge exchange between key stakeholders, experts, and decision makers in companies as well as the public sector.
