“As this was my first recruitment since becoming a manager I was keen to establish relationships with RMG to ensure that they understood exactly what I was looking for. My initial impressions were excellent and my first meeting with Giles Hampson was arranged.

At this meeting I provided Giles with a clear brief on the type of person I wanted to recruit emphasising on the key areas that I felt were essential for the role. This meant that the original BDM role profile and advert needed to be changed to encompass my requirements.
