Overview

The role is vital to our client, to deliver a high-quality HR service and develop strategic direction for their UK operations and UK centre / payroll organisations to ensure that the business observes all legal, collective and individual regulations.

Strategy

We identified that the candidate should have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, combined with experience in change management, strong unionised collective bargaining, fixed cost programmes, multi-site and culture.

It was agreed that the ideal candidate would have university degree, significant experience in an Operational (HR) role with a strong knowledge of payroll and compensation, HR information and employment law.

Outcome

Following extensive search / headhunting activity and our combined knowledge of the functional discipline and industry we delivered an impressive shortlist of high-calibre candidates.
