Overview

Our client specialises in the development and marketing of a range of clinical nutritional products for the dietary management of conditions such as inherited metabolic disorders, renal disease, refractory epilepsy and products for the nutritional support of disease related malnutrition.

As part of their growth, they needed a highly motivated marketing professional with a dietetic/biochemistry background to join their marketing team to further drive growth of the UK and International Metabolic business. 

Strategy

By working closely with the UK Marketing Manager we were able to clearly understand both the strategic and cultural requirements for the position.

We took over their recruitment on a retained basis to provide a specialist solution as their exclusive recruitment partner. We worked closely with the Head of Marketing to understand their department and growth needs and through a combined search utilising direct search - headhunting, internet advertising and networking with our vast industry contacts, we sourced, attracted and secured an ideal candidate for their role.
