RMG were tasked with handling the recruitment of a key strategic hire, leading and managing one of the company’s fastest growing divisions in the UK. The remit of the role was very clear and the expectation of the incoming individual would naturally be very high. The company required someone who knew the market and individual therapy area very well, but who would also add significant strategic value to the senior management team as an accomplished leader.
