European Sales Director


Overview

Our client is a leading multinational developer, manufacturer, and marketer of innovative, life-enhancing medical technologies and market their products and services worldwide to hospitals, individual health care professionals, extended care facilities, and alternate site facilities.

Objective

We were engaged to recruit a European Sales Director position which became available through an acquisition. This led our client into an entirely new therapy area and as such they were looking to identify an individual with a strong combination of technical experience and a pan European sales leadership background.

Approach

Using our deep expertise in the sector we undertook a rigorous Europe-wide search to identify and attract unique individuals who possessed the background we were looking for, and had the necessary drive and charisma to make a success of this role.

Outcome

We were working to very specific timescales and not only did we provide a shortlist of candidates based in different countries who had been competency interviewed, the period between formal sign off and delivery of shortlist was just four weeks.

This is a great example of how we can provide timely solutions to meet our client’s deadlines whilst retaining our quality focus.
