This niche market provider of orthopaedic implants, employs c1,000 people worldwide. The UK is a c£15 million business employing just over 40 staff, they have grown rapidly and have actively sought to strengthen the business with the acquisition of talented professionals with significant experience of the orthopaedic sector.
The relationship with RMG began, like many, when we were tasked to fill a role which the company had struggled to fill through their previous recruitment suppliers. Following the successful completion of this assignment, we were then asked to tender for a senior management role along with a number of renowned Executive Search businesses. One of the reasons which resulted in us winning the mandate was the feeling that our approach would be much more tailored to their needs rather than being an “off the shelf solution”. We have subsequently gone on to recruit all members of the UK Sales Management team and a number of sales specialists, through proactive headhunting campaigns focused on acquiring the very best talent in the orthopaedic sector.
