It additionally had a remit to develop EHS and Quality systems in a COMAH environment, liaising with wider group to drive new processes and initiatives.
Through a dedicated and an intensive search, we were able to pinpoint and network in highly targeted sectors and arenas to find the right person. Through our competency interviews we were able to select an experienced candidate with the potential to further develop in the role and company longer term and essentially, with the relevant people skills needed to succeed effectively in this role.
