Overview

Following a European wide restructure, this market leading specialist Pharmaceutical company needed a highly experienced people manager to lead their UK Marketing function as the Head of Marketing.

With a very diverse portfolio, our client needed an individual with a broad range of product experience including ethical pharma, OTC medicines and medical devices.

Strategy

By working closely with the UK Managing Director and European HR Director, RMG were able to clearly understand both the strategic and cultural requirements for the position.

Outcome

Following a combined Advertising and Search campaign, RMG undertook competency interviews and also psychometric assessment before presenting a well balanced shortlist to the client from which the successful candidate was recruited.
