The 90s, Noughties and Now. How has recruitment changed?.....or has it at all?
How has recruitment market and indeed me….a recruiter, changed over the last...
I joined RMG in 2007 and have progressed through the ranks of the organisation culminating in a Management Buyout of company Founder Andrew Evans in January 2017. As Managing Director and owner I look forward to ensuring the continued success and further growth of RMG.
Our motivation and purpose is to recruit outstanding talent that adds long-term value for our clients, many of whom have been with us since our inception, whilst our loyal and talented employees have helped shape a great set of values and a refreshing culture.
Throughout my tenure here I have gained broad experience across all functional disciplines in the healthcare arena and have worked in a wide variety of therapy areas.
I have a degree in Politics and International Relations from Lancaster University and take an interest in current affairs.
Outside of work, I am a competitive sportsman and captain of Formby Hockey club, one of the leading clubs in the North West. I enjoy spending time with my family and hope to be fit enough to take to the hockey pitch/cricket square/tennis court competitively with my young son Charlie in due course.
When I get the opportunity I also enjoy attending live football matches following my beloved Tottenham Hotspur (COYS)!
