What’s it all about?
As you might expect from a business of our calibre, you’ll receive exceptional training, guidance and development, which will enable you to grow into a first-class Consultant. You’ll start by learning about Headhunting from the bottom up, conducting research and resourcing candidates, whilst also developing your own contingency client base. We’ll expose you to high value assignments, business development and account management, whilst developing you to work successfully with candidates and then to perform competency based face to face interviews. We’ll also nurture your confidence and self-esteem, equipping you with the skills to work with your clients in a confident, understanding and authoritative manner.
What are you looking for?
Naturally, you’ll have a good degree and, ideally, some commercial experience, however, what’s really important is the kind of person you are. You’ll be a lively, outgoing and confident individual who will really relish the opportunity to develop and advance in our organisation. Never afraid of hard work, you’ll immediately come across as an enthusiastic communicator who emanates professionalism, dynamism and self-motivation.

Practice Head – W045
To broaden our sector exposure we are looking to recruit a senior person who has the ability and network to develop a new vertical sector for us. The correct person must have experience of growing and developing a market as well as successfully leading a team within a specific sector. Essentially you will have experience in selling varied recruitment solutions including, retained search, advertised selection and contingent services.
Retained Search Consultants – W046
We are looking for senior individuals, self-starters, who have a deep understanding of selling retained recruitment solutions within a specific marketplace. You’ll have at least 2 years retained recruitment experience which must include winning new relationships and delivering against search mandates. You must demonstrate energy, drive and intellectual appetite to handle clients’, often searching, expectations.
Recruitment Consultants – W047
With the on-going growth of our I.T and Consulting practice and Healthcare division we are looking to recruit either experienced contingent recruiters, with specific knowledge of one of our sectors, or aspiring graduates who can demonstrate their commitment and ability to become specialist recruitment consultants.
