We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates who want to make their mark. You’ll meet clients and get involved in live assignments straight away, we’ll also encourage you to build your own network of contacts so you’ll be generating fees from an early stage.
You’ll learn everything you need to know about strategic business development, and additionally how to work successfully with candidates and to perform competency-based interviews. We’ll also nurture your confidence and self-esteem, equipping you with the skills to work in a confident, understanding and authoritative manner.
What we won’t do is prescribe your future; but we do need you to bring the determination and passion to develop your expertise. You’ll have a good degree and ideally some commercial experience, more importantly, you’ll be self-motivated, and take great pride in everything you do.
