Practice Heads

To broaden our sector exposure we are looking to recruit senior professionals with the ability and network to develop new vertical sectors. You must have proven experience of growing and developing a market, together with well-developed leadership skills. Essentially you will have sold a variety of recruitment solutions including, retained search, advertising selection and contingent services.

Consultants / Senior Consultants

We are looking for highly talented and successful individuals keen to make their mark in one of our specialist sectors. You’ll have a good degree and recruitment experience, however what’s really important is the kind of person you are. You’ll be a lively, outgoing and confident individual who will really relish the opportunity to develop and advance in our organisation. Graduate Consultants

Naturally, you’ll have a good degree and, ideally, some commercial experience, however, what’s really important is the kind of person you are.  You’ll be a lively, outgoing and confident individual who will really relish the opportunity to develop and advance in our organisation.  Never afraid of hard work, you’ll immediately come across as an enthusiastic communicator who emanates professionalism, dynamism and self-motivation.

As a Graduate Consultant you will:

• receive exceptional training, guidance and development – from those who have been there and done it, and through external training courses focussing on your specific needs, enabling you to grow into a first-class Consultant.

• start by learning about Headhunting from the bottom up, conducting research and resourcing candidates, whilst also developing your own client base.

• be exposed to high value assignments, business development and account management, whilst also learning to work successfully with candidates and then to perform competency based face to face interviews.

• have your confidence and self-esteem nurtured, equipping you with the skills to work with your clients in a confident, understanding and authoritative manner.

• benefit from open ended commission schemes and earning potential.
